A man named Kiki was born on July 1947. As a result of his concern over growing drug problem in The United States.he became a special agent with the Drug Enforcement Agency in 1974. In July of 1981 Kiki was assigned to the DEA office in Mexico.His mission was to find those who were dealing illegal substances, to help stop the drug trading across Mexican border into The United States.On February 7,1985 he was on his way home to meet his wife he was kidnaped. Then he said “I might be one man but I can make a difference.”
